2. By Public Transit: Take the Route 5A bus from McMaster University to the Hamilton GO Centre. From there, take the Route 52 Dundas bus to the intersection of Sulphur Springs Road and Governor’s Road. From there, it is a short hike to the Hermitage Ruins.

1. By Car: The Hermitage Ruins are located approximately 72 km from Toronto. Take the QEW westbound towards Hamilton, exit onto Highway 403 westbound, and then exit onto Highway 6 northbound. Follow Highway 6 northbound, turn right onto York Road, and then turn left onto Sulphur Springs Road. Follow the signs to the parking area for the Dundas Valley Conservation Area. From there, it is a short hike to the Hermitage Ruins.
2. By Public Transit: Take the Lakeshore West GO train from Toronto to the Hamilton GO Centre. From there, take the Route 52 Dundas bus to the intersection of Sulphur Springs Road and Governor’s Road. From there, it is a short hike to the Hermitage Ruins.
